Searching Staff Rotas
A quick start guide to the Rota Management area.
Search
The rota management area also allows users to search for staff rotas using a variety of filters; they can then group the results based upon various details such as the rotas status.
Search for staff rotas:
- By their assigned status.
- By their assigned deparment/departments.
- By which employees are assigned to the rota.
- By the rotas from/to date.
Group staff rota search results:
- By their status.
- By their associated department/departments.
Permissions
All users can view published rotas, access to unpublished rotas however will depend upon whether the user has been granted permissions to manage rotas or not.
