- You can store multiple documents against each document type.
- You can filter the list of stored documents by their type.
- You cannot upload files larger than 5mb, so you may need to resize images before uploading them.
- All users can view the shared client documents.
- In order to manage shared client documents, you must be granted access to do so.

document.
Storing a new document
- Navigate to the 'Clients' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Shared Documents' section.
- Once the view has loaded click/press 'New'.
- Enter the title of the document.
- Select the document type.
- This is entirely optional, but it helps keep things organised.
- Select the file that you wish to upload.
- Enter any other details.
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Updating an existing document
- Navigate to the 'Clients' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Shared Documents' section.
- Once the view has loaded find the document you wish to update.

Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Edit'.
- Alternatively, you can also click/press 'View' then open the editor from there.
- Make the required changes.
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Deleting a document
- Navigate to the 'Clients' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Shared Documents' section.
- Once the view has loaded find the document you wish to delete.
- Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Delete'.
- When prompted, click/press the 'Delete' button on the confirmation dialog.
