When managing rota templates, the main points to be aware of are.

  • In order to view/manage rota templates, you must granted access to do so.
  • Any changes made to rota templates, will only affect rotas created using the template going fowards.
Step-by-step

See below for a step-by-step guide on creating a new rota template, updating an existing rota template and deleting a rota template.

Creating a new rota template
  1. Navigate to the 'Rotas' -> 'Rota Templates' area using the system menu.
  2. Click/press the 'New' button in the top left.
  3. Fill out the basic rota template details.
  4. Click/press 'Save & Close'.
Updating an existing rota template
  1. Navigate to the 'Rotas' -> 'Rota Templates' area using the system menu.
  2. Use the search to find the rota template that you wish to update.
  3. Click/press the 'Manage' button.
    • You can use the one in the right hand panel or the one in the list.
  4. Once the template record is loaded go to the 'Details' tab and click/press 'Edit'.
  5. Make the required changes.
  6. Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Deleting a supplier
  1. Navigate to the 'Rotas' -> 'Rota Templates' area using the system menu.
  2. Use the search to find the template that you wish to delete.
  3. Click/press the down arrow next to the 'Manage' button.
    • You can use the on in right hand panel or the one in the list.
  4. When prompted, click/press the 'Delete' button on the confirmation dialog.
