The Staff Rota Schedule Builder
The Staff Rota Schedule Builder is designed to provide an efficient way to build your weekly employee schedules.
(It's entirely possible to build a schedule from directly in the view, we just think it's easier to use the schedule builder then fine tune the schedule as needed.)
Rather than show you the full schedule the builder breaks everything down into each day on the staff rota.
This allows you create your rota shifts, set the targets and specify the employee requirements for the given day.
Then once you've done that you can work through the list of required job roles and assign employees to shifts as needed.
All while having access to the daily running totals, so you make sure you keeping within your employee target hours/costs for the day.
Your also free to switch between each day as needed, so you don't have to finalise a day before continuing onto the next one.
In addition to this you can also copy rota/employee shifts making amendmends as you go.
(Any changes made via the schedule builder will also appear in the underlying staff rota as and when they're made.)
