Manage your clients list of contacts from within their client record.

When managing client contacts, the main points to be aware of are.
- Each client can have multiple contacts.
- In order to view/manage client contacts, you must granted access to do so.
- You can prevent users from accessing the records of clients that they are not responsible for.
Step-by-step
See below for a step-by-step guide on creating a new contact, updating an existing contact and deleting a
contact.
Creating a new client contact
- Navigate to the 'Clients' area using the system menu.
- Use the search to find the client that you wish to update.
- Click/press the 'Manage' button.
- You can use the one in the right hand panel or the one in the list.
- Once the client record has loaded, go to the 'Contacts' tab and click/press 'New'.
- Enter the contacts title, first name and last name.
- Enter any other details.
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Updating an existing client contact
- Navigate to the 'Clients' area using the system menu.
- Use the search to find the client that you wish to update.
- Click/press the 'Manage' button.
- You can use the one in the right hand panel or the one in the list.
- Once the client record has loaded, go to the 'Contacts' tab and find the contact you wish to update.

Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Edit'.
- Alternatively, you can also click/press 'View' then open the editor from there.
- Make the required changes.
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Deleting a client contact
- Navigate to the 'Clients' area using the system menu.
- Use the search to find the client that you wish to update.
- Click/press the 'Manage' button.
- You can use the one in the right hand panel or the one in the list.
- Once the client record has loaded, go to the 'Contacts' tab and find the contact you wish to delete.
- Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Delete'.
- When prompted, click/press the 'Delete' button on the confirmation dialog.
