Searching time off/leave requests

A quick start guide to the Time Off/Leave Request Management area within OneBoxBM.
Search

The time off/leave request management area also allows users to search for time off/leave requests using a variety of filters; they can then group the results based upon various request details.

Search for time off/leave requets:

  • By their type (holiday, sick day or personal day).
  • By their status.
  • By their leave type (paid or unpaid).
  • By both individual employees and employee groups.
  • By their from/to date.

Group requests:

  • By their type.
  • By their status.
  • By their leave type.
Permissions

When searching for time off/leave requests, users will only see results for the requests that they have access to.

Access is determined based upon whether a user has been granted permissions to view or update time off/leave requests.

You control whether a user has access to:

  • Holiday, personal day and sick day requests for all employees.
  • Holiday, personal day and sick day requests for employees in specific employee groups.

In addition to this each type of request has it's own access controls; you can allow access to holidays but not personal days or sick days.
