Step-by-step (boxes)

Creating a new box (without items)
- Navigate to the 'Time Off/Leave' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Request Boxes' section.
- You can also click/press the 'New' button.
- Once the view has loaded click/press 'New'.
- Enter the name of the box.
- Enter a label for the box (optional)
This is used when filtering the list of boxes.
- Select the box type.
- Enter any notes (optional).
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Creating a new box (with items)
- Navigate to the 'Time Off/Leave' area using the system menu.
- Search for the relevant records.

Click/press the 'Selected Requests' button near the top left of your screen.
- This will be under 'Advanced' if your using a mobile/tablet device.
- Select the 'Create New Box' option.
- Once the view has loaded click/press 'New'.
- Enter the name of the box.
- Enter a label for the box (optional)
This is used when filtering the list of boxes.
- Select the box type.
- Enter any notes (optional).
- Review the list of time Off/leave requests that you've selected.
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Updating an existing box
- Navigate to the 'Time Off/Leave' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Request Boxes' section.
- Once the view has loaded find the box you wish to update.
- You can use the filter to find the specific box; this will check both the name and the label.

Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Edit Details'.
- Alternatively, you can also click/press 'View' then open the editor from there.
- Make the required changes.
- Click/press the 'Save & Close' button.
Deleting a box
- Navigate to the 'Time Off/Leave' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Request Boxes' section.
- Once the view has loaded find the box you wish to delete.
- You can use the filter to find the specific box; this will check both the name and the label.
- Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Delete'.
- When prompted, click/press the 'Delete' button on the confirmation dialog.
Emptying a box
- Navigate to the 'Time Off/Leave' area using the system menu.
- Click/press the 'Advanced' button near the top left.
- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Request Boxes' section.
- Once the view has loaded find the box you wish to empty.
- You can use the filter to find the specific box; this will check both the name and the label.
- Click/press the down arrow next to the 'View' button and select 'Empty'.
- When prompted, click/press the 'Empty' button on the confirmation dialog.

- Once the view has loaded find the relevant box and click/press 'Select'.

- Click/press the 'View' button under the 'Request Boxes' section.
- Once the view has loaded find the box that contains the item you wish to update.
- You can use the filter to find the specific box; this will check both the name and the label.
- Click/press the 'View' button.
- Once the box has loaded find the time Off/leave request box item that you wish to update
- You can use the filter to find the specific time Off/leave request; this will the request date, status, type and label.
- Click/press the the 'Edit' button.
- Make the required changes.

- You can use the filter to find the specific box; this will check both the name and the label.
- Click/press the 'View' button.
- Once the box has loaded find the time Off/leave that you wish to remove

- Click/press the down arrow next to the 'Edit' button and select 'Remove'.
