A brief overview of the Staff Rota Employee View in OneBoxBM.
The Staff Rota Employee View

The Staff Rota Employee View is designed to provide a summary, for a single employee, of all of the information within a staff rota.

This will allow you to review all of the details for each employee in one place.

The view includes:

  • The employees details including name and job title.
  • The employees schedule for the week.
  • The employees rates of pay.
  • The employees hours for the week including their contracted hours.

This view can accessed:

  • From each staff rota listed in the 'My Rotas' section on the users home screen.
  • By clicking/pressing on the employees name on schedule in the 'Staff Rota View'.
